I came to Utah in 2018 and upon my arrival, I was unsure on how long my stay would be. PostNet made it very easy for me to set up a mailbox and there prices are very reasonable. I love the warm smiles and friendly atmosphere. The employees really know how to make you feel welcomed and understood. I spoke with Kelsey about an issue not even concerning her postnet branch, but the north SL one and she was so awesome to talk to. She was very polite and patient and went out of her way to use her power to reach out to certain people who she could address this with, that I didn't have access to. And she had no obligation to, but did it out of sincerity and also to make sure what happened to me at the other postnet never happens at her store. She was awesome
